Meet Razi Hashmi and Rabeah Sabri, the co-founders of Mosaic - the Muslim Federal Employee Association. They launched this week (May 2021) and want to support you in your career.

The mission of Mosaic is to establish a professional network of American Muslims in the federal government dedicated to career advancement, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion. Mosaic advances their mission by:

  • Promoting professional development and leadership training;

  • Serving as a gateway for the recruitment of American Muslims into the federal space; 

  • Serving as an advocate of equal opportunity for Muslim federal employees;

  • Gathering and disseminating information to Muslims in the federal government;

  • Providing a nonpartisan platform on major issues of local, regional, and national significance that affect American Muslims in the federal government; and

  • Serving as a venue to grow a greater sense of community among American Muslims in the federal government.
