Mosaic Celebrates Muslim Employees on Public Service Recognition Week
Washington, D.C., May 10, 2021 - From May 2 to May 8, 2021, Mosaic honored Muslim employees throughout Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) with a daily Instagram Takeover.
Since 1985, Public Service Recognition Week is celebrated to honor people who serve our nation as federal, state, local, and tribal government employees. On April 30, President Biden issued a Proclamation, and both the Senate and House issued resolutions. On May 5, President Biden Celebrated Public Service Recognition Week with the below video message:
This year as Mosaic launched our nonprofit organization, Mosaic took to social media to inform followers about the significance of PSRW and honored Muslim employees through an Instagram takeover by employees in the executive and legislative branches who shared their stories of public service.
